LOCAL SUPERFOODS IN FAMILY DISHES

Due to traditional Chinese/Taiwanese medicinal theories lots of superfood & medicinal herbs are used in Taiwanese family dishes in order to give balanced nutritions for everyone in the family.

It is believed that we should eat the right things in the right season to balance "Yin Yang" in your body, and we will introduce some of the most common dishes in Taiwan containing the popular superfoods and the basic theory of Yin Yang.

In this class we make 1 main dish, with 2 side dishes and a soup, and also a dessert. All dishes are designed according to the season.
