TRADITIONAL FOOD OF FAMILY RECIPES

Kóo-tsá bī (古早味) means the traditional recipes inherited from one generation to another, passing down the secret herbal regimens, practices of ritual worshipping, traditional fermentation & curing, indigenous grains, ferns, herbs or vegetables, the usage and wisdom of local superfoods...with numerous stories of food and cultural experiences. The lesson also includes basic "Yin&Yang" theories by using traditional medicinal herbs & superfood.

In this class we make 1 main dish, with 2 side dishes and a soup, and also a dessert. All dishes are designed according to the season, 24 solar terms and traditional festivals throughout the year.
